Pizza Factory, Inc., a California-based pizza franchise with more than 100 locations, is steadily growing across the country. Asher, their Agency of Record since 2022, quickly identified a key opportunity—helping to jump-start their social media presence, which had fallen flat. After a thorough audit, we got to work transforming their online presence by establishing a fresh, engaging social media strategy designed to build a loyal following.

Our approach started with identifying their target audience and creating a distinct, authentic brand voice. We then crafted a fun and cohesive look to make their content stand out. We also optimized their content calendar to keep their social feeds active and relevant, building momentum across their channels.

Holiday Hype

Pizza Factory had an existing annual promotion, 12 Days of Giveaways, that had potential, but needed a boost to capture more attention. Asher’s team saw an opportunity to elevate the campaign by creating a series of fun, engaging posts that would not only celebrate the season, but also attract new followers. We recommended upping the value of the giveaways to generate even more excitement.

A Big Slice of Success

The result was an eye-catching, dynamic campaign on Instagram featuring 13 animated videos, 12 of which showcased the upcoming day’s prize, cleverly wrapped in a festive pizza box, and one to kick off the promotion. To participate, followers were asked to follow Pizza Factory’s page, like the post and tag two friends. Each day’s post kept followers coming back for another chance to win. To extend the campaign’s reach, we also launched a corresponding email campaign and leveraged Pizza Factory’s rewards program messaging.
