Reflecting on 2019
As we reflect on another year, it’s humbling to think that Asher has been a thriving agency for more than 45 years. We’re one of the oldest advertising agencies in Indiana, and since 1974, we’ve seen a lot of changes in technologies, processes and leadership. However, when our founder, Tim Borne, passed the baton to his brother Tom, who has been passing the baton along to me, one thing remained solid: our culture.
Asher is rooted in a deep appreciation of our team members. We always put family first. This philosophy is important to us, especially in times of change.
This year, we refined the fundamentals of our company culture even further by solidifying our key values and mission. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, both internally and externally. We understand that trust is the foundation of every relationship, most certainly in business. We take pride in being loyal advocates for our clients, as well as our A-team members, both professionally and personally.
We also refined our mission statement to better reflect what we do daily: earn and preserve the trust of our business partners by creating customized, strategically driven solutions that solve marketing challenges. It’s what keeps us motivated and inspired! I’m so very proud of our team and what we accomplished this year. Looking ahead to 2020, I know it’s going to be another great one. After all, maturity and refinement only make us better each year!
