One common thread has been consistent throughout Asher's 50-year history: our laser focus on client service.
Celebrating Service: Asher Agency’s Community Impact
April is National Volunteer month, and we at Asher Agency are filled with pride as we reflect on the incredible impact our team has made in our local communities. From the local Fort Wayne community to beyond, our employees embody the spirit of giving back, dedicating their time and talents to a diverse array of causes. This year’s theme, “Celebrate Service,” resonates deeply with us as we honor the commitment and dedication of our team members who selflessly volunteer their time to make a difference.
Let’s take a moment to spotlight some of the remarkable contributions our team members have made:
Anthony Juliano: Anthony demonstrates his dedication to community through his involvement with Fort Wayne Trails and Indiana Tech.
Christi Hille: Christi’s commitment to the Fort Wayne Cinema Center and Fort Wayne Dance Collective shines through on a weekly basis.

Mike Fulton: Mike generously offers his expertise to support various organizations, including the REACHH Family Development Center, West Virginia University College of Media, and WVU Alumni Association.
Ben Reynolds: Ben’s extensive hours of service with New Mercies Ministries exemplifies his unwavering commitment to making a difference.
Marina McQueary: Marina’s involvement with Fishers Community Chorus showcases her dedication to enriching the cultural fabric of her community.
Ashley Williard: Ashley’s remarkable hours of service with YWCA Charleston, WV, reflects her passion for empowering women and promoting social justice.
Kara Kelley (CEO): Kara’s leadership extends beyond the boardroom as she actively contributes to organizations like Community Harvest Food Bank, Historic Embassy Theatre, Amani Family Services, and Bishop Luers High School.
Molly Link, Sean O’Leary, Jen Roberts, and Chris Kindlesparger: These team members contribute their time to organizations such as Community Harvest Food Bank, Middle Waves Music Festival, Pave The Path, The Lighthouse, and River Greenway, enriching their communities through their diverse interests and passions.
Together, these individuals form the backbone of our community outreach efforts, embodying the values of compassion, generosity, and service that define Asher Agency. Collectively, our team members volunteer around 2000 hours annually, demonstrating the immense impact that a dedicated group of individuals can have when they come together for a common cause.
As we celebrate National Volunteer Week, let us not only recognize the contributions of our team but also inspire others to join us in making a difference. Whether it’s through volunteering your time, donating resources, or advocating for causes you believe in, each of us has the power to create positive change in our communities.
At Asher Agency, we are proud to celebrate service not just during National Volunteer Week but every day of the year. Together, let’s continue to make a difference, one act of kindness at a time.
