Since winning the account in August, Asher has been keenly focused on planning and placing the media for a consumer campaign that combines both traditional and digital elements. Simultaneously, the Asher team has been heavily engaged in creating and launching a multi-tiered hair stylist recruitment campaign. Attracting and retaining top stylists is critical to growth in the highly competitive beauty professional services category.
In addition to the national corporate work, Asher’s internal FS team has made individual presentations to, and been awarded the accounts of, 36 regional franchisee markets — including Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Detroit, Dallas, Boston and Denver.
In November FS, operated by the Dessange Group – North America and headquartered in Beverly, Massachusetts, named John Costanza as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Costanza, who has over 20 years of management experience in the beauty and hair care segment, was most recently responsible for the development of global division brands at Conair Corporation.
